Tingdene Homes, a leading manufacturer of park homes and holiday lodges in the UK, recently launched its new holiday lodge models, the Savannah and Havana. The leisure homes, which were popular at both The Lawns and Beaulieu shows, have been designed to complement each other with matching contemporary features and colour palettes.
The new holiday lodges are available in single and twin options with the Havana being the larger of the two. It is available, but not limited, to 44’ x 22’3, 42’ x 20’ and 40’ x 16’ layouts. The smaller layout option comprising of one large double bedroom with en-suite and the largest having 2 double bedrooms and a twin with en-suite bathroom to the master. All of the lodges have beautiful double-aspect living areas. The open plan design combines a spacious lounge, kitchen and dining area with floor to ceiling windows allowing plenty of natural light to pour through and views to be taken in. The lodge also has sliding doors to the front and side providing access to decking and outside space.
The Havana has been designed with a modern and contemporary interior. Blues and greys have been used throughout with copper touches to bring in warmth. V-groove paneling to the walls and ceiling in grey and deep blue add a nautical theme to the elegant lodge design. The exterior of the leisure home has light grey and blue cladding which complements the interior colour scheme. This can be chosen at specification stage and there are a variety of cladding colours and options to choose from to blend in with beach, forest and country surroundings.
The Havana is the perfect home for a family getaway. The lounge has a beautiful grey corner sofa and another 2-seater providing plenty of space for entertaining. A feature media unit in Walnut takes centre stage in the living area with shelving and storage space. A four-seat dining table can be found to the back of the living space with a feature pendant light above. The modern and industrial style kitchen has a large island with stainless steel cylinder cooker hood above and breakfast bar with seating for two. High gloss cabinets in grey match the cool colours of the living area.
The 42’ x 20’ model, which was displayed at the Hull and Beaulieu shows, has two double bedrooms each with their own en-suite and walk-in wardrobe. The bedrooms have inset spotlights above the bed, and feature pendant lights either side providing a cosy, yet modern feel to the rooms.
The holiday lodge boasts plenty of storage with a utility room housing the washer/dryer and space for suitcases or even a pet bed! The home has been designed with the family in mind and is the perfect home for a getaway or a buy to let investment.
